Now a decade on from their debut album, BSP are showing that sea power is sustainable. Their new album ‘Machineries of Joy’ is due out April 1. Brighton-based, British Sea Power have encompassed a plethora of musical sounds, from The Cure to the Pixies, and around again to Arcade Fire. They stand out, even amongst the Brighton bands, as being unique, with unusual locations for their shows and quirky lyrical compositions.
