10 Radius are launching a new fine dining pop up restaurant at Kooks in Brighton’s North Laine! For one week only from 17th July, 10 Radius will cook up a storm using eclectic and diverse high quality ingredients, locally sourced from within 10 miles of Brighton.
Managing Director and Head Chef, Leslie Nkansah, only moved to Brighton late last year and was blown away by the vibrant produce that is readily available just a stones-throw away from our city: “The local offerings inspired me to create this menu and 10 Radius was born.”
Leslie will present diners with a 7-course tasting menu inspired by Brighton and the surrounding areas. His attention to detail and the extensive thought process behind each dish will create a memorable (and most definitely delicious) eating experience.
