Southern India-born chef and restaurant owner Kanthi travels internationally to share his passion for his culture’s rich cuisines. Having opened his first restaurant, Curry Leaf Cafe, later followed by two more and a Kiosk at the Brighton Railway Station, Kanthi also runs gastronomic tours in the South of India as the Spice Circuit, hosting trips with groups to visit with Kerala, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu’s rich culture and cuisines.
