John Watkiss: A Retrospective, Naked Eye Gallery, Monday October 9 – Monday October 30

This retrospective exhibition of works will focus on the latter part of John’s career with artwork ranging from fantasy to pulp to mystery. A driving force in the graphic novel world, John worked for the industry giants such as Dark Horse Comics, DC Comics, and also Marvel Comics. He continued his artistic journey into the film where he worked with renowned directors such as Francis Ford Coppola in 1984 on a movie involving the first ever CGI.
